Pimp C Apologizes To His Atlanta Fans

Who would have ever thought that Pimp C would take the initiative to apologize. We knew it would happen sooner or later. Well, the Texas rapper who is the second member of the group UGK, recently had an interview in the August 2007 issue of Ozone Magazine, in which he made a statement that “Atlanta Is Not The South” because its EST. So is it South Eastern?

Due to his statements, the results ended with the rapper apologizing for his actions in a recent public statement: “To all my Atlanta fans and friends, I want to say I apologize for my statement in the Ozone magazine about Atlanta not being the South. That was a bullsh– statement,” he wrote in a blog on his official Myspace page. “Atlanta is and has always been the dirty motherf—in’ South. Chuuch!”


UGK’s upcoming album, “Underground Kingz” is expected to be in stores on Tuesday, August 7th and features artists such Outkast, Rick Ross, Slim Thug, Three 6 Mafia Lil Jon, Akon, and more.
