Do you remember that dirt Dallas Austin spit out on video a few months ago about Joss Stone and Christina Aguilera? Yeah, the video in which he said they slept around for tracks and stuff like that. Guess he didn’t think that video would get around on the net. After a few days of circulating, all the videos went down. Hmmm…. Well now, Joss Stone “Joscelyn Eve Stoker” is back with words for him …
“He needs prayer. I don’t know him. I seriously don’t even know what he looks like. Maybe I’ll go see him when I go to Atlanta. We’ll have a cup of tea. Bless him. Seriously. People like that need prayer. Bless his poor little soul,” says Joss.
As for Chrstina Milian, she apologized for the profane and insulting messages she made against her when she was interviewed in Complex. Joss Stone blames misinformation for the insults.
“I’m a very honest girl. Lies fucking piss me off. Sometimes I say things in the heat of the moment. So I said something bad about Christina Milian. I said it, and I meant it. Then I realized down the line that it wasn’t true. The person who told me is a complete wanker.”
When asked if the “wanker” was her mutual ex-boyfriend, Beau Dozier, Joss stated, I’m gonna let you make the decision. I did feel bad, so I called Christina to say sorry, and she was so sweet about forgiving me. She understood. Sometimes, I get a little too honest about how I feel. If I’m wrong, I’m the first to say I’m wrong. I deserve a punch for it, to be honest.”
Joss’ latest album “Introducing Joss Stone” was released on March 12, 2007. The album debuted at number twelve on the UK Albums Chart. “Tell Me ‘Bout It”, the lead single, debuted and peaked at number twenty-eight on the UK Singles Chart — where it stayed for three weeks only — and peaked at number eighty-three on the U.S Billboard Hot 100. It also debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 selling 118,000 copies in its first week, becoming the highest debut for a British solo female artist on the U.S. charts, surpassing the record previously held by Amy Winehouse with Back to Black. The album features production by Raphael Saadiq and collaborations with Lauryn Hill, Novel, and Common.
