R. Kelly Tops The Charts, #1 Selling Album in the Country

R. Kelly is giving everyone a double dose with his latest album “Double Up”, which is currently the #1 selling album in the country. R. Kelly’s “Double Up” which released on May 29, 2007, reportedly debuts this week as the #1 selling album on both Billboard’s Top 200 and Top R&B/Hip-Hop album charts. The #1 debut of Double Up marks the highest first-week sales of the year for any R&B solo artist according to his label Jive Records.
Guests on the album include Usher, Kid Rock, Nelly, Chamillionaire, T.I., T-Pain, Huey, Ludacris, Keyshia Cole, and Swizz Beatz. Double Up is R. Kelly’s ninth solo release since his smash solo debut 12 Play.
