While touring in Sydney, Kanye West, 29, happen to be checking out of the Opera House at the same time as a large media pack was photographing British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen, also known as Borat.
It’s stated the rapper attempted to cross the road and appeared to be pushed by an Opera House security guard.
“I just thought it was funny because he didn’t even stop my friend and he stopped me,” West said after the incident. “Then he pushed me.”
Reports say that an onlooker stated that the security officer singled the producer/rapper out because he was an African American.
The Opera House spokesman states they will review the footage of the incident, and highly believe that guard was just doing his job.
