Fabolous Shot, Now Faces Weapon Charges

On Monday night Fabolous was one of the surprise guests during Tyrese’s concert at BB Kings in New York City. Fabolous performed his hit song “Breath” during the set featuring rapper Red Cafe.

At 2am Thursday morning, John Jackson (Fabolous), was shot in the thigh. The story is that his crew where exiting the famous Justin’s restaurant owned by Sean “P. Diddy” Combs. Sources say that Fabulous’ crew got into a fight outside of the restaurant that osculated into gun fire which resulted in Fabulous getting hit in his thigh.

Fabolous was expecting to be quickly rushed to the hospital by his entourage, which however ended with the New York Police pulling the speeding van over after running through a red light. The New York Police went on suspicion and searched the van and found defaced firearms in the possession of Fabolous that ended in his arrest along with his crew (Kevin Bass, 18; Percell German, 23; and Rascharm Davis, 29). The weapons were stated to be unlicensed. Fabulous was said to be under arrest and in an area hospital in stable condition.

Police are still looking for the shooter that shot the rapper in the leg. Anyone with information is asked to call the New York Police Department.
